	12.05.- 18.05.08 Italien Derby This year is the first time we went to the Italien Derby and what a spectacular show it was. We took Glowhiz in Hollywood, Shining Fox and Black Berry Chex (a three year old son by Shining Fox) to Italy. Olivier showed Glowhiz in Hollywood in the Derby and unfortunately, because of a leadchange mistake, didn’t make it into the finals. Then on Thursday he showed Shining Fox (owner Hubertus Heule) in the NRHA Open class and marked a 216 and was 5th in this class. Even though with little ups and down this was a very nice show, we had a great time with all the other French trainers and Non Pros that where at the Italien Derby. And we wanted to congratulate Arnaud Girinon for his win of the ltd Non Pro Derby. Great Run!
March 2008 3 Nations Show in Mooslaurge What a nice start into the Showseason 2008. Even the fact of several snowstorms didn’t take away the fun we had on this first show in France. Olivier van den Berg won the Open on Shining Fox (owner Hubert Heule) with a score of 73,5. He was second on Glowhiz in Hollywood in the Novice Horse Open class with a 72 score. Judith Vetter was second in the Rookie Professional on Shining Fox and 4th on MS Royal King BH (owner Valerie Fontaine). Celine Procop was 3rd in the Rookie on her new horse Hickory Whiskey.
	27th of April 2008 Mourmelon Due to the fact that Shining Fox was just missing one more show to qualify him for the European Championships in Sweden this year, Judith decided to go to a little show in Mourmelon -le -Grand to show “Fox” in the Limited and Intermediate Open where she won the Limited Open and placed second in the Intermediate Open and qualified Shining Fox for the limited and intermediate Open at the European Championships.

	31st of March 2008 Welcome to the first foal this year The stallion by Smart Spook, was born Friday the 14th of March. He arrived in the evening and was immediately perfectly taken care of by his mother "Kissy" (Dun Kissed the Sky). We congratulate Valerie and Jean Charles Fontaine for their new foal.
20th February 2008 French Futurity 19.10-21.10.2007 What a spectacular show it was the French Futurity 2007. Beating all odds, the Futurity had an increase of attending horses of 40 %. Van den Berg Quarter Horses was sponsoring the 3 year old Snafflebit Futurity. But we weren’t just sponsoring we also participated with several horses. Olivier was tied 4th in the Open on the horse “Shining Fox” with a score of 73. Judith ended up 2nd in the Rookie Professional on “Shining Fox”. And 4th in the ltd Open on “As Smart As A Buck”. Also our Non Pros did very good and achieved good results. Overall it was a very successful and fun show. Thanks to all our clients and friends that were a part of the French Futurity this year. 	June 8th - 10th 2007 Horseacademy Trophy in Mooslaurge, France We had a successful show with our three year old Futurity prospects. Even though it was the first time out for our three Futurityhorses. Olivier van den Berg was able to achieve the third place with Smart As A Buck in the Snaffle Bit Open class. Judith Vetter was fourth on Glowhiz in Hollywood and Olivier was sixth on Peppys Playmate due to some penalties in the same class. Smart As A Buck and Glowhiz in Hollywood are now NRHA USA moneyearners.
June 2nd - 3rd 2007 Painthorse Show in LaMotte-Beauvron Congratulations to Celine Procop and her horse Rorchach for winning the Paint Pleasure and the Amateur Reining. All our best to an exeptional team!
	May 11th - 13th 2007 European Reining Circuit in Mooslaurge, France We congratulate our Non Pro team, Danielle Wampach on Arc King Cole, Pascale Difino on Jhonny Be Smart and Marie-Jeanne Difino on Miss Honestly Jac on their excellent performance. Congratulations on their highpoint standings: Marie-Jeanne Difino 18 points in the Ltd Non Pro and 12 points in the Non Pro, Pascale Difino 11 points in the Ltd Non Pro and 13 points in the Non Pro. We wosh them a very successful showyear 2007. Judith Vetter was third in the Ladies on Arc King Cole.
March 16th 2007 Congratulations! Congratulations to Valerie and Jean Charles Fonaine for the purchase of the exeptional mare "Dun Kissed The Sky". We wish you all the best with this one of a kind horse and all the best. Congratulations also to the beautiful studcolt that arrived last week, by Magnum Chic Dream.
August 8th 2006 Van den Berg stables successful at the King Valley show After a great weekend in the sun at the King Valley show in Vitry aux Lodges during the 14th - 16th of July, the Van den Berg stables where able to achieve several placements. 3 second places in the Beginnersclasses from Phillipe Boulic who showed his horse Remedy. Then Olivier van den Berg was second in the Snaffle Bit Open, a $1500 added class on the three year old Arc King Cole. He also was second in the Open on Colonels Nic Nack. Judith was fourth in the Intermediate Open.
	August 8th 2006 Garden of England show a complete success! Olivier van den Berg won the $5000 added Open in England which was held during the 20th - 23rd of July at Sterling Ranch with a 220,5. He also won both Limited and both Intermediate Opens.
July 7th 2006 Succes for Olivier van den Berg After a successful show on June 8th through 11th, Olivier placed 4th at the World Reining Trophy in Mooslaurge, in the Limited Open.
